WILL unveiled a new report, “The WILL of The People: A Roadmap to Enforce Wisconsin’s Citizenship Voting Amendment,” which outlines a clear process to audit Wisconsin’s voter rolls using existing state and federal data.

On behalf of three high school students and a coalition of Wisconsin parents, WILL filed an amicus brief in West Virginia v. B.P.J, a case currently before the Supreme Court of the United States. WILL argues that laws limiting girls’ sports to biological girls do not violate Title IX.

WILL filed a new federal complaint against the Jefferson County Public School District (JCPS) in Louisville, Kentucky, after discovering a race-based funding scheme that allocates funds to students based on the color of their skin.

WILL has unveiled a new policy report, “Closing Wisconsin’s Math Gap: A Call for Early Numeracy Reform,” sounding the alarm on declining math achievement and offering solutions to reverse the crisis.

WILL filed a complaint against the Wisconsin Judicial Commission on behalf of the Institute for Reforming Government (IRG) challenging confidentiality requirements for certain requests for investigation filed with the Commission. The lawsuit alleges that the confidentiality requirements violate the First Amendment.
