WILL Fights Against Federal Government’s Illegal Discrimination Toward Small Businesses

The American Dream belongs to everyone, but through a discriminatory federal program, the Biden Administration is picking winners and losers based on race, not merit.  

 

WILL is fighting back and suing the so-called “Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program,” on behalf of our clients who deserve equal treatment under the law. Because the DBE program violates the Constitution’s promise of equal treatment, it must be permanently dismantled or opened to everyone.

This is WILL’s 11th lawsuit against the Biden Administration and part of WILL’s nationwide Equality Under the Law Project. Since 2021, the EUL project has represented over 50 clients in 18 states, obtained multiple injunctions against the Biden Administration, and achieved strategic victories at all levels of government promoting a colorblind society.
