Wall Street Journal’s Heather Haddon talks to WILL President and General Counsel Rick Esenberg about the difficulties governors’s face (in this case, Wisconsin’s Scot Walker) in running for president of the United States.
“Rick Esenberg, founder of the conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty and a Walker supporter, said the governor needs to develop a more robust state agenda, but was upbeat when speaking at a local function recently.
“I thought he was relaxed, funny, insightful, perhaps even in a way we hadn’t seen when he was running for president,” he said. “He will be getting back on his game.””
