WILL President and General Counsel Rick Esenberg sat down with Fox6Now’s Theo Keith after the Wisconsin Supreme Court refused to reconsider it’s July ruling shutting down the John Doe probe into conservative organizations.

“The likelihood that the John Doe investigation will be resurrected is almost zero,” said Rick Esenberg, general counsel with the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty.
