Court Enters Judgment Declaring Aggregate Contribution Limits Unconstitutional

[vc_row fullwidth=”false” attached=”false” padding=”0″ visibility=”” animation=””][vc_column border_color=”” visibility=”” width=”1/1″][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”true” align=”left” margin_bottom=”0″]Yesterday, U.S.District Court Judge Lynn Adelman entered an order declaring Wisconsin’s aggregate campaign contribution limits unconstitutional.  The order is the result of a stipulation between WILL’s client, Fred Young, and the state GAB after the United States Supreme Court declared the federal aggregate limits unconstitutional in McCutcheon v. FEC.
