Effective May 6, 2013, Brian McGrath will be joining the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (“WILL”) as Senior Counsel. Brian McGrath was a litigation partner with Foley & Lardner LLP for 30 years before joining WILL. Brian is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., 1982). He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1979. Brian is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers (2005-12), was selected for inclusion in the 2007 – 2011 Wisconsin Super Lawyers® lists and is included in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America®.
