Today’s decision closes the courthouse doors to Wisconsinites who seek to hold government officials accountable for their illegal conduct. In this case, a circuit court judge determined the election officials in Racine acted unlawfully in their conduct of an election. Today’s decision does not address those issues, rather it silences Wisconsinites who seek to challenge such unlawful action.”
