Landmark Ruling Demands Equal Treatment: Colleges and Universities Must Immediately Dismantle Affirmative Action and Similar Discriminatory Policies

The News: The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) released a statement praising the United States Supreme Court, rejecting race-based affirmative action, and mandating colorblind policies at all taxpayer-funded colleges and universities.

The idea that we can have “make-up” discrimination for just a little while, without losing the moral force behind the civil rights movement, is insidious. Today the Supreme Court advanced this principle of equality, essentially eliminating racial discrimination and stereotyping in college admissions.”
