WILL filed a Title VI civil rights complaint with the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) against the Green Bay Area Public School District (GBAPS) and specifically, King Elementary, for discriminating against a dyslexic student based on race.

WILL won a significant legal victory against the Milwaukee Public School District (MPS) as a judge denied MPS’ motion to dismiss and granted WILL's application for an alternative writ, ordering MPS to comply with Wisconsin law and provide the legally required number of School Resource Officer (SROs) in all public schools no later than February 17th.

The effort in total represents at least $124 billion in federal spending and mirrors the Trump administration’s stated goals of eliminating DEI – and all race-based programs – because they are unconstitutional and unlawful.

WILL endorsed new legislation (LRB-0976) by Senator John Jagler (R-Watertown) and Representative Bob Wittke (R-Caledonia) to reverse the years-long process of lowering academic and performance standards by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI). WILL believes these changes have been made to hide declining academic performance of Wisconsin schools since 2020.
